I've done a series of backgrounds in 1024x768 for a visual novel I'm working on with my sis using RenPy. Backgrounds are done in Photoshop. I will downscale them to 800x600 and crop where needed, when they are all complete.

I have almost all of Chapter 1's backgrounds done (3 variations each - day, rain, and sunset), and since backgrounds are re-usable this should be some good progress toward the visual novel in general. (I'm no artist, and I wish I could draw. Gonna work on that... somehow.) DX

I was wondering, would anyone be willing to critique them?

I need much criticism with these, please. But not too rough. But I've already done quite a few of 'em. It's easier to do something, but I feel swamped when I see the amazing artwork here. Inspiration one second, and belittlement the next...! XD
